Shipping policy

1-5 day processing time. Orders get shipped Monday through Wednesday. 

Please double-check your address information to ensure that it's correct.
If you see that you have used the incorrect address email us at moonchildluxe@gmail.com before the order is shipped. We won't be responsible once the order is shipped. 

Moonchild Luxe is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed or damaged items. Please contact USPS for those issues. You can file a damage claim with USPS for that. Call USPS if you see a delay in your shipped item. You can also use tracking for your items. We will do everything possible to package your products for a safe delivery on our end.
