Due to the nature of skincare, body care, and cosmetic products, all sales are final.

Returns & Exchanges

For hygiene and safety reasons, Moonchild Luxe does not accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or tested products.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged item(s)
• Photos of the packaging

We will review the situation and work with you to provide a replacement or store credit when appropriate.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Allergies & Skin Reactions

Please review ingredient lists carefully before purchasing.

Moonchild Luxe is not responsible for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or adverse reactions to ingredients. We recommend performing patch test prior to full use.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Moonchild Luxe is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by shipping carrier.

If your package is lost or stolen after delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
