If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery through our Contact Us page.

  • Photos of the item(s)
  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

Approved issues may qualify for a replacement or store credit at Moonchild Luxe's discretion.
